Terms & Conditons

All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing
arrangements have been made. Presidential will accept all major
credit cards, corporate checks, or cash. To open an account with
Presidential, please contact our corporate sales department.

Cancellations

Presidential understands that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.
In the Denver Metro area, we will accept cancellations without a
charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time on all
vehicles except buses. All buses will have a 24-hour cancellation
policy.

National and International cancellations require a 24 hour notice, unless
otherwise specified.

For Point to Point Service, the full fare and the chauffeur gratuity
will be charged.

No Shows

For Point to Point Service, the full rate and chauffeur gratuity will be
charged.

For As Directed Service, 2 hours of service and gratuity will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged location. Unless it was for a special event to avoid a no show fee, please call 800-442-5422. The dispatcher will immediately direct your chauffeur to you.
